I founded Care Management Consultants in 1999, with a strong focus on serving the unique needs of the elderly and disabled community. My professional journey has allowed me to witness firsthand the challenges faced by individuals and families, and I am deeply committed to providing compassionate, personalized care.

About Us
Care Management Consultants assist family members, friends, and caregivers in finding the resources and guidance needed to care for elderly or disabled loved ones. Our Care Management team is made up of Registered Nurses with extensive experience working with individuals who have medically complex needs.
